Hello and Welcome to Lifetime Counselling

Life can be very challenging at times. Things go wrong or maybe some things were always tough but became more difficult. These challenges can leave us with complex feelings which can be difficult to make sense of. Sometimes if we feel distressed or are struggling and stuck it can leave us feeling very isolated. It can be difficult to find people to talk to about our problems particularly if we feel misunderstood. Sometimes we know why we feel bad other times it is not so obvious and something of a mystery. We might develop bad habits to try and make ourselves feel better but these do not always work and can sometimes make us feel worse in the long run.
This is where counselling might help and together we might be able to develop strategies to overcome your difficulties and find solutions to your problems.
